Our last visit to October Japanese Cuisine was a couple of months back and we are delighted to return and learn that they have re-launched their ala carte buffet once again at an attractive price!

Ala Carte Buffet
Monday to Friday: 6pm - 10pm 

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 12pm - 3pm 
Adult: RM59 nett 
Senior Citizen: RM49 nett 
Kid (6 - 12 years old): RM39 nett
Dining Limit: 2 hours



Clean and bright interior - nice ambiance for gatherings.

Buffet order menu - which includes appetizer, salad, soup, sashimi, sushi, makimono, handrolls, fried and grilled items, nabemono, rice and noodle selection and dessert. Free flow of hot/cold green tea is included.

How does the ordering works? 

Each diner can order a maximum of 3 servings for each food item on the menu. For example: Our family of 4 took the buffet. Each of us is entitled to order 3 servings. Hence, we can order a maximum of 12 servings (4 pax x 3) of Salmon Sashimi. There are 3 columns of boxes for each food item. We ordered 6 servings for the first round and another 6 for the second round = total of 12 servings. Do note that you only order what you can finish and not to waste precious food. Wastage will be charged at RM10 per 100 grams.

Assorted Sushi - Look so appetizing when it is nicely plated. The children were delighted!

We LOVE Salmon so much that we MAXIMIZED our orders. Another 6 servings of salmon sushi and Salmon Mentai.

Final 6 servings of Salmon Sashimi and we add on more tuna sashimi too!

Chawan Mushi

Diners can pick from 2 types of handroll for the buffet - California or Salmon and we tried both.

Knowing that we may not be able to finish all the food, we only ordered one Pork Sukiyaki Nabemono. This single pot is enough for our family to share.

Ton Katsu (Pork)

Saba Shioyaki, Chicken Teriyaki, Salmon Teriyaki

Table filled with delicious food! 

Stated Mixed Fruit on the menu but we only had watermelon :) Still good for us!

Ice-cream to end our meal. There are 3 flavours to pick from - Vanilla, Matcha and Goma and we tried all 3! Each scoop = 1 serving. 


We enjoyed the buffet very much! Especially our kiddos. Our boy can enjoy his favourite salmon sashimi to his heart content. Though there is a limit of 3 servings for each food item for each pax, it is more than enough for our family to have a filling meal. In fact, we did not even order many from the menu and we our tummies were full. We will definitely be back again whenever we crave for Japanese cuisine.
