Johor Jaya Night Market Food Street 柔佛再也夜市美食街

Johor Jaya Night Market Food Street is probably the biggest and most popular in Johor Bahru. With over 40 stalls, there is a great variety of food you can find here - Lok Lok, Satay, Grilled, Thai food, Noodles etc. Vendors start to push their food carts in before 5pm and very soon tables and chairs are also set up. When the night falls, the neon string lights will light up and it is a pretty sight to enjoy outdoor dining. Located near Hong Kong Boy 香港仔美食中心, Oriental Kopi & Sushi Mentai. Johor Jaya Food Street stretches along the street between Jalan Dedap 13 and Jalan Dedap 23.

Johor Jaya Morning Market (Pasar Pagi) & Wet Market (柔佛再也早市菜市场)

Johor Jaya is definitely one of our favourite morning market in Johor Bahru. Opens during the weekends in the morning, t here was already a crowd when we arrived around 630am. Parking will be challenging in the area as many locals drive over to visit the wet market, street stalls to get their groceries, breakfast etc. More stalls are operating on Sundays and by 730am, and it can be pretty crowded. You can find vendors selling vegetables, fruits, meat, cooked food, household items etc. Johor Jaya Wet Market is also busy with customers who came by to get their fresh goods. Largest Night Market (Pasar Malam) in Johor Bahru - Taman Ungku Tun Aminah 皇后花园夜市

We always enjoyed visiting the night markets ( #pasarmalam ) in Johor Bahru. They are not just markets but reflecting the culture and scene of Malaysia. T.U.T.A night market ( #皇后花园夜市 ) is probably the largest in Johor Bahru and it does takes awhile to walk through. Apart from street vendors selling many delicious local delights, there are also stalls selling fresh products (eg. meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits), clothing, household essentials etc. Every Saturday, the roads are cordoned off from vehicles and hence parking can be challenging.
