Usher into the Lunar New Year with Pink Fish's "Pink of Health" Yu Sheng

We are ushering into the Lunar New Year in a couple of days. Pink Fish has launched their catch of the month - "Pink of Health" Yu Sheng made specially for the joyous occasion.

The star highlight of this plate is the abundance of fresh salmon cubes from Norway's Ice-cold Fjords, paired with golden salted egg fish crisps, orange peels, pickles, crackers, ginger slices, grated radish, carrots, garnished with sesame seeds and accompanied with plum sauce for a refreshing touch.

No need to fight over salmon slices, we truly enjoyed the generous serving of chunky salmon cubes, and the variety of different condiments on the plate that makes the plate so flavourful - a crunchy good time with a mix of sour and sweetness.

If you like to try out the "Pink of Health" Yu Sheng, do note that it is only available at Pink Fish from now till 9 February 2020! We had the medium portion and it is just nice for our family of four to have our prosperity toss aka lo hei (捞起)
