Traditional breakfast at Kin Wah Restoran (锦华咖啡店)

Nothing beats sitting down in the coffeeshop and enjoying traditional breakfast with your family. Kin Wah is one of our favourite spot where we can indulge in a heartening meal at any time of the day.

Unlike the conventional half-boiled eggs that we normally consumed, it's a must to try their Kampung Chicken half-boiled eggs!  Not only does it looks bigger with a yellower yolk, the eggs are always boiled to perfection just the way we like it whenever we visit. We do not have to crack the eggs to check if the eggs were over or under boiled as they will be opened, inspected before being served to the diners.

Put in a dash of pepper and some soy sauce and give it a good stir! Its smoothness and sweetness is lip smacking good!

It don't feel right to have half-boiled eggs without toast! Some love to savour it as it is, while others like to dip the toasted bread with kaya and butter into the egg mixture. What is your take?

Apart from toasted bread, do not miss Kin Wah's fluffy buns.

The melted butter within the soft buns raised the bar making it so irresistible!

Traditional breakfast is not complete without a good slurp of Kopi or Teh! I adore the thick green flora porcelain cups and saucer which helps to retain the heat and keep the beverage warm. Stir and scoop your coffee/tea not using a metal teaspoon but a plastic spoon. Kin Wah serves good Kopi and their tea is not overly sweet as well.

Our breakfast tasted so heavenly that we will always come back for more!
