~ Farewell to Songs of the Sea ~

After a successful seven-year run, Songs of the Sea, the world's only night extravaganza set in the sea which captivated 8.5 million guests will take its last bow and draw its curtains on 4th May 2014.

Songs of the Sea started its first show in 2007 after Sentosa Musical Fountain ceased its operations. Combined with a live cast, pyrotechnics, laser show, flame burst and water jets, it will be making way for a brand new multi-sensory production in June.

Our previous visit was way back in 2010 where our family of 3 generations sat in for the night spectacular. - http://bpdgtravels.blogspot.sg/2010/05/nfc-2010-sentosa-songs-of-sea.html

Four years had past and we are here once again to bid Songs of the Sea farewell.

Nice reception at Ami's before we sat in for the show. Thank you Sentosa for hosting the guests and the memorable gifts inside the goodie bags.

A THANK YOU note to the audience for supporting Songs of the Sea for the past 7 years. *Sniff...

It was an emotional evening. We will miss the fireworks, water fountain display and the lively musical cast. Thank you Sentosa for hosting our family and giving us the opportunity to catch Songs of the Sea once again. It leaves behind beautiful memories and marks another history in our hearts. We look forward to the next chapter as it unfolds coming June.
